Godzilla: King Of Monsters, makes its debut today during the Warner Bros presentation in Hall H. The film stars and featured panelists Millie Bobby Brown, Vera Farmiga, O’Shea Jackson Jr. and Thomas Middleditch.
For Millie, she hadn’t seen any of the Godzilla movies, so for her, this was a lot of fun.
Vera Farmiga: “Godzilla was never my jam but Land of the Lost was. So I was always thinking what if a prehistoric creature came my way, how could I defeat it and persuade it?”
O’Shea Jackson Jr. is a big fan of Godzilla and he’s been waiting for this moment. “There’s more than just Godzilla in this film.”
You’ve obviously have worked with monsters before, Millie what was this like in scale?
Millie: “Different than the Demogorgon. Eleven has powers so she can kill them, but these monsters are on a larger scale. The Demogorgon is just a little taller than me. Godzilla and the other monsters are ginormous.”
Vera: “I play a scientist who is passionate about the monsters and why they exist.”
Thomas: “The company says OK monsters are real, there is a controlling an entity about how to deal with them. The monsters are a resource, they can be used.”
From the look of the trailer expect to hear and see some of Godzilla’s classic themes.
Godzilla: King Of Monsters releases in theaters May 31, 2019
