Calling all Shadowhunters fans. There is fan-run convention coming to the NYC Metro Area, April 14-16, 2017 at the Doubletree at Newark Airport. Guests announced include David Castro (Raphael Santiago), Jade Hassouné (Meliorn), Nicola Correia-Damude (Maryse Lightwood), Isaiah Mustafa (Luke Garroway), and more to come!
Attendees will have the opportunity to interact with select cast members in Q&A’s, autograph and photo op sessions, and other fun and unique activities. The ConClave NYC is sure to be the greatest weekend EVER!
What does it mean that The ConClave NYC is a ‘fan run’ event? This means that the people behind the scenes of the convention, are fans of the show themselves and are just as passionate about Shadowhunters as you. Convention Co-Director Clara Delgado says, “It’s important for fandoms to have a safe and dedicated space to express themselves and turn online interaction into meaningful real-world connections.”
We are also excited to announce we will be partnering with Altruistic Events to coordinate our charitable efforts during the convention. There will be opportunities throughout the weekend for us to give back to our community with raffles, games and other activities.
