28 Years Later is the long-awaited third installment in Danny Boyle’s iconic apocalyptic horror saga that began with 28 Days Later (2002) and continued with 28 Weeks Later (2007). Set 28 years after the original Rage Virus outbreak, the film explores a world that has not only been ravaged by infection but has also had decades to evolve—or deteriorate—in response. Humanity is fractured, survival is even more brutal, and the infected… may not be the only threat.
