I become more and more impressed with the world Bunn, Ross & Woodard continue to create in this series. In this issue, we see the auction of Jedi padawan Eldra Kaitis.Xrexus has gathered a room full of bad people with deep pockets for her event.  When Maul figures out he can’t win the auction with credits, he comes up with a plan B that puts the padawan, and his desire for revenge against the Jedi, at his fingertips.

Xrexus alters the deal with a twist that threatens Maul’s plans and his crews’ lives. Ah! This book is so good! I loved all the aliens and criminal element displayed in this issue and the little interplays between Aurra and Cad, I think they might be my first villainous ship! I can’t wait for issue 4!
