According to Chef Greg McClure, Pastry Chef for Disney Cruise Line, Jumbeaux’s Sweets is a highlight of the onboard experience.
“Jumbeaux’s isn’t just about the desserts, it’s about the magic behind them. We wanted to create a space that feels joyful, nostalgic, and completely unique to the Disney Treasure. From the menu to the design, everything has been crafted to bring smiles to our guests, young and old,” McClure explains.
He also hinted at special limited-edition offerings exclusive to certain voyages: “We’re always looking for ways to surprise our guests, whether it’s through seasonal flavors or collectible items. Jumbeaux’s is where indulgence meets imagination.”
Jason Abruzzese, Creative Director with Walt Disney Imagineering, describes Jumbeaux’s Sweets as a fully immersive sweet shop, straight out of the Zootopia film.

The shop offers a staggering variety, including 20 ice cream flavors, 60 gelato flavors, 40+ toppings, cupcakes, macaroons, chocolate bars, and the “world-famous ballsicles.” With so many options, there’s something for everyone. Abruzzese adds, “Personally, I’m a mint chocolate chip guy, but I love trying all the combinations. It’s fun to see everyone explore the options!”
But Jumbeaux’s isn’t just about the treats, it’s about the magic of Zootopia. “When you walk in, you’re immediately transported,” Abruzzese explains. “From the music to the striped walls, you can’t help but smile. And then there are the Easter eggs: Nick and Judy enjoying their ice cream with elephant and rabbit-sized spoons, the Lemmings with their private elevator…it’s all designed to bring the world of Zootopia to life.”
