We must be in for an action-packed ride, considering Sonequa’s past on the Walking Dead. As Sasha, we’ve seen her run through the woods, leap and jump, and fight off zombies in the midst of an apocalypse. And I’m sure you’re wondering how does an actress get into physical shape to endure all of that.
Well, you can now find out on Fit Chat, a web series created by soap opera star, Lawrence Saint-Victor. It’s a fitness series that explores what motivates and inspires actors in art and fitness. Each episode, Lawrence interviews an actor and does their personal work-out routine with them. He’s interviewed actors in the past such as fellow Bold and the Beautiful soap star, Karla Mosley and also Malcolm Goodwin from iZombie.
