With the Golden Globe nominations just days away it is the perfect time to take a crack at which names will be called on Monday. Most are concerned that this year might be another year of #OscarsSoWhite but with Mudbound, Get Out, The Big Sick and Girls Trip I’m confident filmmakers of color will be well represented when the Hollywood Foreign Press hands out awards in January.

This is just one girl’s humble opinion, but having seen most of awards contention films, I think these are pretty safe bets. Nominations will be announced at 5 a.m. PT/ 8 a.m. ET on Monday, Dec. 11.
